We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within
14 days of your delivery date to request a return.

To request a return, please use the Contact Us page and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be returned:

  • In their original, unworn and unused condition.
  • With all original tags, packaging and accessories (where applicable).

Every return is carefully inspected upon arrival. Returns showing any signs of wear or use will be rejected and returned to the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Perfume or fragrance
  • Fake tan
  • Makeup or cosmetic stains
  • Deodorant marks
  • Washing or alterations
  • Pet hair or excessive lint
  • Damage caused after delivery

Please ensure items are tried on with care, as we are unable to accept returns that cannot be resold as new.

If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, you received an incorrect or faulty item), we will cover the return postage costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund where stated.

Please obtain proof of postage when returning your parcel, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit before they reach us.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size, colour or style, please return your original item (subject to our Returns Policy) and place a new order for the item you would like instead.


Refunds

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that while refunds are processed promptly by us, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider or bank.

Yes, provided your order has not yet been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page, quoting your order number. Once your order has been dispatched, we're unable to cancel it.

We may be able to make changes to your order if it has not yet been shipped.

Changes can only be made where the replacement item(s) are of the same value as those originally ordered. Please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and the details of the changes you'd like to make.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information (where applicable).

If your estimated delivery date has passed and your order has not arrived, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we'll be happy to help.

Please first check with members of your household, neighbours and any safe places where your parcel may have been left.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page. We'll do our best to update your address before your order is shipped.

Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to amend the delivery address.

Once issued, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
